Summary

Function: string llGetTimestamp( );

Returns a string that is the current date and time in the UTC time zone in the format "YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.ff..fZ"

Appears to be accurate to milliseconds.

        BOOT_TIME = llGetTimestamp();
