Knowledge Bear

The Knowledge Base (KB) is Linden Lab's official help resource and can be found at http://secondlife.com/kb.

KB articles are written and maintained by the so called Documentation Team, currently consisting of Jeremy, Jon and Kate Linden. The team got its own Linden Bear (the Knowledge Bear, giving links to the KB and Video Tutorials) as well as a weekly Office Hour:
