KB articles are written and maintained by the Documentation Team, currently consisting of Jeremy, Jon, Kate, & Torley Linden. The team has its own Linden Bear, Knowledge Bear, who gives links to the KB and Video Tutorials). We also have a weekly office hour where you can chat with us about Second Life tips 'n' tricks.
