Flexible is a property that can be set on a prim through the edit window or via the PRIM_FLEXIBLE script parameter. Setting a prim to flexible will cause it to "flex" either with movement or by being blown by the wind. A side affect of enabling flexible is that phantom is also enabled.
A flexible prim also known as a "flexiprim", "flexi", or "flex prim".
