A152 is a Sim Cluster, also named Mineral because majority of its sims share this word in their names. Its Coordinates are 862-875/1217-1283, Grid Sector is H12, Northern Ocean.
Except for the name, there is no difference between this sim cluster and the other residential sim clusters. Land is divided by mountains, rivers or roads into smaller parcels that are Inhabited Land or land for sale.
This is not the case in Gourbiland Village, a French-themed community, in sim Uluru.
