Knowledge Bear

The Knowledge Base (KB) is Linden Lab's official help resource and can be found at http://secondlife.com/kb.

KB articles are written and maintained by the Documentation Team, currently consisting of Jon, Jeremy, Kate, & Torley Linden. The team has its own Linden Bear, Knowledge Bear, who gives links to the KB and Video Tutorials.

We also have a weekly office hour where you can chat with us about Second Life tips & tricks at our "Doc dock" in Beaumont.

Furthermore, join the Second Life Documentation group to keep up-to-date with announcements and related happenings.
