Constant: integer VEHICLE_FLAG_HOVER_GLOBAL_HEIGHT = 0x010;

The integer constant VEHICLE_FLAG_HOVER_GLOBAL_HEIGHT has the value 0x010

Hover at global height instead of height above ground or water.
