The Knowledge Base (KB) is Linden Lab's official help resource and can be found at http://secondlife.com/kb.

KB articles are written and maintained by the Documentation Team, currently consisting of Jon, Jeremy, Kate, & Torley Linden. The team has its own Linden Bear, Knowledge Bear, who gives links to the KB and Video Tutorials.

We're also the lovely folks behind Second Life Tips & Tricks (TNT, like dynamite!), which is exactly what it sounds like. While we can't answer all questions, we reply regularly to comments, and focus on the freshest posts.

We have a weekly office hour where you can chat with us about Second Life tips & tricks at our "Doc dock" in Beaumont. We may bring up specific topics of interest to discuss.
