Newbie Notes are intended to give new scripters information about a topic such as how it relates to other LSL features. This information would otherwise not be present as it would cause excessive overlap and duplication of information between articles. Because of the vast relevance of features to other features giving the Newbie Notes just a section would result in the pages becoming too busy.
