Pallas sim was integrated in july '09 to increase the public waterspace around the [[Mission Beach]] but also to give the [[Larsson Business Park]] a new home since the old location disappeared with the [[ER Low Country]] sim in mid july '09.

Larsson Business Park area is where the continent architects of Lauritz Larsson Architecture show some of their buyable creations.
 
It increases the public waterspace around the [[Mission Beach]].

Some nice spots to hang and relax can be found here too - also some underwater stuff is set up. The main build contains the LLA Lauritz Larsson Architecture Bureau, a ruin-like spot with a restauration site, some decent green and plant beds around. Walkways lead the visitor around the place to a tiny waterfall with stream, heading for the ocean. Public fishing can be done around here to, also a small dock allows to park boats here temporarily.
 
The whole area is carefully designed to appear rather as a relaxation spot than being a simple vendor site.
