- Fornisce un punto di contatto amichevole ed informativo per la risoluzione dei diversi problemi e delle domande poste dai residenti all'interno di SL®.
- Gruppo internazionale di individui dedicati all'aiuto per permettere ai residenti di secondlife un'esperienza virtuale tranquilla e gioiosa.
- Offre aiuto e sostegno a tutti i residenti (nuovi e vecchi) del meta mondo.
- Supporto multi lingua
- Tutti i membri aderiscono agli standard di Tao/ToS/CS.
- In collaborazione con Ajuda SL Brasil, SL Certification Devs e TorinoItaly University
- PWT dispone di risorse utili da utenti base fino a livello avanzato, eventi,luoghi, e risorse sono liberi e disponibili per tutti.

- Young Mentors must enroll in the PWT Training for Young Mentors too
- Phoenix team members not following these rules are subject to possible ejection from this group, with or without warning.
