Is this bug still a problem? Since Havok4 was release in April and I' haven't seen any comment traffic here through May and June I suspect it has been fixed in the flurry of maintenance fixes that followed the Havok4 release.
If it IS still a problem please paste an example script in the comments that reproduces the problem. Otherwise I'll close this bug in a few weeks.
