  • VWR-12525: llAttachToAvatar can cause parentless attachments that can subsequently crash the client when selected
  • Re-enable teleport throttle after the following fixes:
    • Intra-region TP was blocked by inter-region TP throttle
    • Teleport throttle blocks prematurely when agent teleports back and forth between 2 regions
    • As well as an issue fixed in 1.27 where a single, failed teleport would trigger the throttle
    • Throttle adjusted to 5 TPs / 15 sec
  • SVC-4342 Vanishing Regions/Sims
  • Stability improvements and back-end fixes
  • Misc other changes
