Usage

With this template, participants in the German Welcome Area Project can rate their skills in specific fields from 0 to 2, can inform about their timezone etc.

0 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination no skill (or: can't hear or speak in voice)
1 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination low skill (or: can hear but not speak in voice)
2 Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination high skill (or: can hear and speak in voice)

The timezone got to be specified relativ to SLT. E.g.: MEZ ("German" timezone) is SLT+9.
Additional notes can be entered, but please keep them short and to a minimum, if you use 'em at all.
