Caveats
- If face is ALL_SIDES then the PRIM_BUMP_SHINY works on all sides.
- If face indicates a face that does not exist the PRIM_BUMP_SHINY return is [ PRIM_SHINY_NONE, PRIM_BUMP_NONE ]
