This is the meeting tracking and progress page for the weekly Server BETA QA Meeting, moderated by Caleb Linden. Please contact him on AGNI for more information. You can join the Second Life Beta group for updates.

Agenda 2018-01-17

This week

  • On Tuesday we promoted DRTSIM-366 (with internal refactoring) to SLS/Main Channel on Agni
  • Updated a couple of servers on Agni with the new Operating System
  • Put DRTSIM-367 on Aditi
    • Internal fixes
  • We are updating the OS version of a server that handles email to IM and email to objects. Please let us know if you have any trouble sending email to objects on Aditi
  • Continued work on updating the service that handles avatar bakes to the new OS
    • In a change to our previous plan, we're going to release this new OS version first. In a later release we will enable 1024x1024 max resolution for avatar bakes
    • Please let us know via Jira if you encounter any bugs with avatar appearance on Aditi
  • We're spent some time this week going through older internal bugs and closing or updating them

Next Week

  • If all the tests run and pass for DRTSIM-367 we'll be putting it on RC

Open Items

  • NEW BUG-5034 - If an EM restarts a region and then teleports out immediately, the EM will disconnect just after teleport, seemingly only if no other avatars were on the region when it was restarted. - Please can this get fixed before it drives me even more insane Whirly Fizzle (talk) 13:20, 27 June 2017 (PDT)
