SL Mentor Coach is short for Second Life Mentor Coach. As due to the limitation of the Projected Group Tag above the Avatar, it is written in this short way.
Second Life Mentor Coaches, are people that are subscribed, and approved to the group of special people within the Second Lifer Mentor group.
They are here for both the Mentoring capabileties, as for helping new Mentors on their way.
