**I propose that, other than obvious spam OPs/posts, anyone who RICs a post or thread must have contributed to the thread content (i.e, discussion). If one does not participate in the discussion they cannot RIC it. (Venus Petrov)

*Please remove "Registered" date from poster identification. The current date is worse than meaningless, and is absent from the basic non-customized format, so it can't be serving any purpose.
