Hunch the problem was on pipeline.cpp again and, bingo! it is. Reused the bisection work I did for SNOW-306 to narrow faster.

* Bug  STORM-301 (Camera view remains on Edit Appearance mode after undocked 'My Appearance' tab was minimized while being in 'Edit Outfit' mode)
* Working inworld(this is part of testing localy built viewers).
** Investigated and discussed with Seth. This ticket turned out to be not as easy as it seemed, so increased estimate and started working on issue from Sprint 5.
** Checking on horses and bundles, plus work on note cards for them.
* Major bug STORM-313 (Build parcel property is displayed incorrectly)
* Deciding on what type of build to work on next.
** Investigated. Estimate- 5 hours.
* Run a Test build of Brad's must build faster Repository as a test on local system.
** Test Build took 8 minutes longer than normal and there was loss of functionality in most of the side panles.
* Local build after mesh code merge crashes on start.
** This could be a merge issue that is causing the viewer to error in LLViewerTextureList::addImageToList: ASSERT (mInitialized).
** also looks to be same issue i had on linux testing the gpu viewer from storm-1100 .

** Looked through STORM-182 (Uninstalling a beta client can result in all chatlogs being deleted as well if logging is left to default location)- it doesn't seem to be viewer issue- perhaps it should be on some team that is working on installer, or if just behaviour (not code) should be investigated and discussed, perhaps this issue is not for devs.
