Updates

Second Life Server got a minor maint-server update on Tuesday
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_Server/13#12.12.18.268345
- The main effect was to fix a common crash mode

BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum all got the same region-crossing code on Wednesday:
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_LeTigre/13#13.01.04.268719
- A few hours into the RC, we saw that the crash rate was much higher than it should be, due a region-crossing-related bug
  - Threaded region crossing was disabled at ~3:30 PM PST on Wednesday via a config update
  - This config update caused the new crash mode to go away

The interest list project was originally destined for Magnum RC, but we found some last minute bugs in testing which blocked it

Upcoming Stuff

Interest list improvements edging nearer to RC

There is a pending fix for threaded region crossing's crasher that we saw in the RCs

The threaded rez changes are on Aditi, and are in testing
- The DRTSIM-194 channel has this code (e.g. region CCMTEST26)
