Second Life Server got the region crossing project

BlueSteel got support for normal and specular maps
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_BlueSteel/13#13.01.26.269542
- The project viewer for this has not yet been released, so unfortunately there's no way to play with the new features, yet.

Letigre got a maint-server project
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_LeTigre/13#13.01.25.269523
- This is the one that was on Magnum previously. The main change is that the places search indexing issue has been fixed.

Magnum got the interest list project
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_Magnum/13#13.01.28.269574

Upcoming Stuff

The threaded rez changes are on Aditi, and have passed internal testing
- The DRTSIM-194 channel has this code (e.g. region CCMTEST26)
