Second Life Server
- The main channel updated to the project that was on Magnum last week. This project fixes a few crash modes, addresses some LSL bugs, prevents a technique used to bypass parcel autoreturn rules, and fixes a bug in the parcel access logic, along with other miscellaneous fixes.

BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum
- All 3 RC channels got the same project/version as the main channel
- For Magnum, there was no simulator code change; behavior should be identical to the previous version (13.09.13.281049)
