Updates

The main channel was updated to the version that was on all 3 RCs last week
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_Server/13#13.05.04.275247
- This release should have no visible changes, relative to this week's main channel
- The experience tools team wants to wait until the tools are fully available before announcing the details

BlueSteel, LeTigre, and Magnum are on a new server maintenance project
- Release_Notes/Second_Life_RC_BlueSteel/13#13.05.14.275813
- This release contains bugfixes and adds Json parsing/construction support to LSL
- Two bugs were reported yesterday (one in the new Json feature, and one about LSL control events in child prims of attachments), so this version won't go to the main channel next week
